Building Rental Agreement

$100.00 Damage/Cleaning Deposit required (checks will be Deposited and reissued after inspection)

$ 50.00 per hour

$ 50.00 per day Heating Surcharge for rentals Scheduled Oct. 1st – April 30th

$500.00 per day 12+ hours

$900.00 per day for a Business

Members discount 25% Lifetime member 50%

Arena Rental Agreement

# OF DAYS ARENA FOR PROFIT RENTAL

$600 Damage and cleaning deposit required (checks will be deposited and reissued after inspection of facilities)

$500 Arena only

$700 Arena roping chutes and pens

$700 Arena, bucking chutes and back pens

$1,500 for arena, roping chute and pens, bucking chutes and back pens, includes one grooming

$25 per hour Light use surcharge

$200 per day Grooming surcharge (this will be by a WMVSC member)

Crow Nest no charge

$75 a day Concessions

$50 Secretary’s Office

Water usage, the meter will be read before and after and you will be charged, the current rate.

Daily Rate Per Camper $25.00 with electric $35.00

Equine Per Day $10.00
